Gucci leaves Fashion Week in Milan
The crisis, against the backdrop of quarantine due to the epidemic, has changed the views on the production of clothing for many world designers.
Many are now starting to move away from mass production in favor of a more conscious one.
And, this applies not only to production, but also to participation in seasonal fashion shows.
So, the Gucci brand announced that it would not take part in Milan Fashion Week.
Now the brand will showcase its collections twice a year. “I will abandon the worn-out ritual of seasonality and show to inaugurate a new cadence close to my expressive message,” Gucci creative director Alessandro Michele said on the brand’s Instagram account.
