Film by Kazakh director Arsen Bayanov was recognized by the jazz community in New York

The #AlmatyragtimeBoomerang documentary by Kazakh director Arsen Bayanov was among the six winners and was officially recognized by the jazz community as the #JazzAmbassadorAward! 

Here is what Arsen Bayanov wrote on his Facebook page: “Our film was officially recognized by the jazz community – #JazzAmbassadorAward. This means that we will be present there, but not physically, but virtually… We made a kind of message from our world to another world, sort of like Urbi et orbi! But while all this was being collected, they missed a strange neologism in the appeal – brothers friends! But from the heart, and even to the music of “Boomerang” and almost folk words… Jazz Ambassador Award »
